Candidate must possess at least SPM or Experience in construction based are advantage.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum of 1 year of working experience.
Responsible, Patient, Meticulous, and very organized to meet strict deadlines.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Possess own transport with a valid license and able to travel within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

Attend to reporting, documentation, following up all sent/receive quotations, worksheets, and filing duties.
Updating daily sub-contractor worksheet/onsite work progress and reporting to superior on daily basis.
Supervise, control, and coordinate construction and renovation activities to ensure smooth execution.
Able to hands-on, experience on site work and project management.
Able to liaise with consultant, management office, and well versed in construction techniques and issues.
Liaise with sub-contractor (inclusive foreigner worker) pertaining to planning, logistics, material management, construction, and daily site issues.
Check all construction and renovation related drawings and identify information gaps that needed further attention.
Assist in material control management.
Site visiting & inspection on rectification works, able to draft out the quotation for client.
To work independently with minimum supervision
