We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Project Coordinator who can serve as the bridge between our customers and our technical team. This role is crucial in ensuring that even the most nuanced customer needs are understood, translated, and delivered effectively. Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Coordinate small to mid-scale product or system improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Customer Requirement Gathering:

Engage with clients to uncover both explicit and obscure requirements. Ask the right questions to uncover the "why" behind the request.

Requirement Translation:

Translate non-technical customer feedback into structured, technical documentation for the engineering team.

Technical Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment on scope and deliverables.

Documentation:

Create clear requirement specifications, workflows, and timelines for internal use.

Follow-Up & QA:

Monitor implementation progress, facilitate testing, and ensure the final output meets the original user intent.

Key Skills & Attributes

Strong communication skills, able to articulate and distill both technical and non-technical concepts. Highly organized with an eye for detail. Skilled at active listening and asking probing questions to clarify ambiguous needs. Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, or similar). Comfortable working with developers, designers, and customer-facing teams. Empathy-driven, cares about user experience and solving real problems.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years in a similar role (project coordinator, business analyst, product associate, etc.). Background in software development environments. Familiarity with technical documentation or user story writing is a plus. Basic understanding of software development cycles and agile methodologies.
