Project Coordinator/clerk Of Work (putrajaya Based)
Job Description
Assist on the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion
Ensure that procedures outlined in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the Company's Quality Management System Manual are adhered to during supervision and monitoring
Assist to ensure that C&S and architectural works are completed with minimum defects and as per work specifications
Ensure site safety, health and environmental procedures are adhered to during the supervision and monitoring accordingly
Assist in identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts
Regularly report to the Project Manager on the progress of works
Control all relevant project documents and data as per procedure stated in the PQP
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural or a related discipline Minimum 3 years' working experience with developers/consultants/contractor firms Experience in coordinating and monitoring site works in accordance with ISO procedure and Qlassic Knowledge in Safety, Health and Environmental procedures/policies will be an added advantage Knowledge of civil and structural or architecture work is pre-requisite Good supervision and management skills Possess basic skill in infrastructure Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in similar capacity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
