Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Project Coordinator / Project Manager

to oversee projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects--ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Project Planning & Coordination

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the point of contact for all project stakeholders. Facilitate regular project meetings and update stakeholders on progress. Prepare reports and documentation for senior management and clients.

Execution & Monitoring

Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks. Ensure quality standards and deadlines are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Budgeting & Resource Management

Monitor project budgets and report on variances. Allocate project resources efficiently and effectively. Coordinate team assignments and manage workload distribution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field. 2-5+ years of experience in project coordination or management. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello). Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Certificate of Site Safety Supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification. Experience managing cross-functional or remote teams. Familiarity with [Industry-Specific Tools or Processes].
