Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Project Coordinator to lead our gondola operations team. This role requires a proactive individual to supervise site technicians, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee gondola installation, dismantling, and maintenance activities Supervise site technicians and manage daily work schedules Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Prepare daily and weekly progress reports Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company SOP Plan manpower deployment and manage equipment/material logistics
Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Engineering / Construction or related field (preferred) Minimum 2 years experience in site work or the construction industry Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Able to work independently and lead a team effectively Familiarity with gondola or facade access systems is an advantage Possess valid driving license (GDL is an added advantage)
