Job Description

As a Technical Delivery Lead

, you will oversee and coordinate projects across the organization, ensuring effective collaboration and the delivery of high-quality solutions. Working closely with the product development team, you will help drive progress according to schedule, budget, and quality expectations. You will also play a key role as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the team consistently meets its objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for overall project activities. Manage day-to-day tasks and activities for all project resources, with support from the Scrum Master. Assist in coordinating project planning across multiple disciplines and monitor plans using best-practice project controls to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work. Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, engaging with domains such as System Integration, Data Migration, System Setup, and System Development to ensure project success. Participate actively in identifying solutions or initiating escalations when necessary. Notify project owners of any risks or actions that may affect project timeline, cost, or deliverables. Supply project owners with the information needed for informed decision-making. Work with vendors based on project requirements to define timelines and deliverables. Develop and manage project plans, including work breakdown structures, milestones, critical path analysis, risk management plans, cost/benefit analysis, staffing plans, and budgets. Identify opportunities to accelerate project execution while maintaining high-quality standards. Contribute to capacity and resource analysis for internal staffing needs. Lead the delivery of complex international software solutions, managing diverse teams of technical engineers, business analysts, and subject matter experts. Support project control measures and conduct periodic project reviews to ensure successful delivery performance. Demonstrate strong technical understanding, including the ability to grasp technical designs and information. Anticipate potential issues and ensure contingency plans are in place.

Job Requirements



Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 10 years of professional experience in software development project delivery within IT consulting, including 8+ years of hands-on experience in system migration projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to drive and motivate teams. Advanced proficiency in MS Access, Excel with VBA Macros, SharePoint, InfoPath Forms, and Business Objects. PMP certification preferred, along with experience establishing or supporting PMO/CoE environments in large, complex programs within global financial institutions. Strong knowledge of Project Management best practices (Waterfall/Agile) and Business Analysis tools such as MS Visio, UML, and MS Project. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Experience with DXC and system migration is an advantage.

Salary Range:

Up to RM17,000.00

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
