Do you want a job with a purpose?And do you want to make healthcare safer, better and more reliable?Join our Team!Project Delivery- Presales Support AnalystJoin us as a Project Delivery- Presales Support Analyst at Dedalus, one of the World\xe2\x80\x99s leading healthcare technology companies, on our Delivery Team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieveAs a Project Delivery- Presales Support Analyst you will be part of highly successful delivery team, utilising your skills in the Project Delivery taking responsibility of timely and accurate cost estimation and benchmarking of projects based on Dedalus Operations standards and guidelinesWorking with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.You will:

• Provide Cost Analysis and Commercial Recommendations on new change requests, tenders or unsolicited bids.
• Support project feasibility assessment through provision of Cost Estimates, in coordination with Development & Solutions department.
• Involve in negotiation of Tenders, VO, Change Requests etc. to justify benchmark rates, demonstrate methodology and accuracy of any bottoms up estimate build-ups.
• Maintain a structured database of all resource rates and estimate templates for ensuring accuracy, consistency and traceability of information used by the teams.
• Maintain and monitor a detailed log of all estimates submissions to the customer indicating quoted value, cost value, current OI position, timeline, responsible team member etc.
• Provide or Assist project managers and Project Control in initial and detailed budget preparation when sales opportunity is committed by customer

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare projects focusing on implementation services and or project management
• Excellent understanding of operational aspects of healthcare projects
• Understanding of project costs, cost estimation techniques and rate analysis, is preferred otherwise training will be provided
• IT proficient, with extensive experience working with Excel
• Key Performance Indicator for this role will be accuracy of cost estimates (actual project cost vs. estimate, number of discrepancies between vendor quotations and database)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines
