Our client, a well-established construction consulting firm, is hiring a
Project & Design Executive
to support and coordinate construction and interior design projects from initial concept through to completion. This role ensures project timelines, quality, and deliverables are met while managing drawings, documentation, and communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track all project and design activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with designers, contractors, and suppliers on layout planning, 2D/3D drawings, materials, and technical documents.
Review and validate design and construction drawings for accuracy and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve design or site-related issues promptly.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, and prepare regular progress reports.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
3-5 years' experience in project or design coordination within construction or interior design.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Possess own transport and able to travel to project sites.
Remuneration
Basic Salary:
RM6,000 - RM8,000
Allowance:
RM100 handphone allowance

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
