Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Required language (s): English, Mandarin.
Proven work experience in a similar role.
AUTOCAD, Sketch Up & 3D MAX

Responsibilities

Drafting includes the submission of proposals, shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
To attend meetings, site visits, and all relative work delegated.
Site Coordination.
Preparing technical drawings using AUTOCAD.
Resolve design-related issues at all stages with the project manager and vendors.
Prepare multiple-dimensional and more details drawings from rough sketches for our project team.
Coordinate with the project team to prepare setting out drawing.
Monitor all changes and keep up-to-date accurate drawings at all times and inform project teams.
With interior design, experience is more advantageous.
If with Sketch Up & 3D MAX software skill is more advantageous.
