We're on the lookout for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Project & Development Coordinator (Admin-Focused)
to support our General Manager and development team on exciting new projects. This is a dynamic role where you'll play a vital part in administrative operations, development coordination, and stakeholder communication--particularly with government agencies, consultants, and surveyors.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Collaborate closely with the General Manager on key development projects.
Assist in licensing applications, public relations, and liaising with government bodies.
Administrative Management
Perform essential admin duties including filing, scanning, and processing key forms such as PRF (Purchase Request Form), WORF (Work Order Request Form), and RFP (Request for Proposal).
Keep documentation well-organized and up to date.
Development Drawing Lifecycle Support
Coordinate submission of drawings to relevant authorities.
Work with consultants and surveyors on preliminary, construction, and submission drawings.
Track and follow up on drawing approvals and feedback from authorities.
Monitor drawing statuses and ensure project timelines stay on schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
Some working experience in administrative roles is required.
Experience in the
construction or property development industry
is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, especially when dealing with external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic document management systems.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
