Job Description

We are a fast-scaling hospitality group building some of Malaysia's most beloved F&B brands. As we expand our footprint and launch new, market-shaping concepts or innovate upon current ones, we're looking for a high-capacity Projects & Business Development Manager to bridge the gap between great ideas and flawless execution.

This role sits at the intersection of brand development, project management, and operational coordination. You'll lead the rollout of new outlets, revamp existing brands, and coordinate the launch of new sub-brands -- all while managing cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring every detail is delivered with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Expansion Projects



Physical Expansion Projects Own end-to-end outlet delivery (timeline, budget, design execution) Maintain live dashboards and outlet trackers Maintain and update master expansion calendar Act as point-of-contact between project team and: Marketing (for launch dates, branding asset timelines), Training (for pre-opening training schedules), Operations (handover readiness, equipment/SOP alignment), Procurement (FFE, OS&E deliveries) Issue weekly progress reports to all departments Create and update standard outlet Gantt chart (fit-out to launch) Manage documentation: drawings, updates, project changes Schedule and minute weekly expansion sync meetings

Brand Innovation & Business Development Projects



Coordinate new product / business stream launches (e.g., ice cream concept) Build and track project roadmaps: R&D ? pricing ? design ? launch Align departments on responsibilities (e.g. Ops for SOPs, Training for service flow) Lead the execution of brand transformation projects, such as menu revamps, customer experience upgrades, and new product lines (e.g. seasonal drinks, retail kits) Manage the go-to-market rollout of new sub-brands -- coordinating R&D, brand identity development, fit-out, SOPs, and launch strategy Benchmark against local and global competitors to identify whitespace and provide commercial rationale for new initiatives Support creative direction by translating the founder's vision into structured, executable plans Build systems and templates for repeatable brand development and outlet launch processes Run weekly or monthly syncs with internal teams and prepare high-quality reports and decks for leadership and decision-making

Cross-Functional Coordination



Run project kickoff & status meetings (weekly) Create and update Gantt charts, launch decks, project reports Act as the single point of accountability between ideators (e.g. you or senior team) and executors Ensure handover to Operations is seamless, with all SOPs, training, and checklists in place Conduct post-mortems on major launches to identify opportunities for improvement and institutional learning
Who we are looking for:

You are very organized, high-capacity operator who can manage timelines and facilitate cross-team communication. You can set up good systems (e.g. shared calendars, comms templates, project tools) to facilitate communication and keep outlet expansion timelines on schedule. You have strong follow-through, cross-functional coordination ability, and structured thinking You thrive in high-growth environments where ideas are abundant but execution is everything. You have a proven track record of turning vision into reality - whether that's launching new stores, scaling F&B innovations, or coordinating complex projects across multiple departments. You love a good Gantt chart or similar project management tool, but you also understand what makes a great brand tick - customer experience, aesthetics, product-market fit. You speak the languages of chefs, creatives, and numbers -- and you know how to align them around a single outcome. You're not afraid of spreadsheets, timelines, or pushing people (politely) to deliver. You know how to run a tight ship, but you're flexible when the moment calls for it.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
