We're seeking a

Project Director or Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

to lead our

go-to-market strategy

,

financial product design

, and

industrial deployment

across key regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment

of AI-Driven Electricity 2.0 solutions for industrial clients with RM50,000-RM1,000,000 monthly energy usage (power, steam, biomass, or fuel).

Structure and model financing plans

, energy savings, ROI scenarios, and long-lease / LTO options with clear investor appeal. Collaborate with banks, leasing arms, funds, and structured finance partners to roll out

utility financing

and

green energy-backed financial products

. Prepare investor decks, Excel ROI models, and client-facing project papers with strong commercial clarity. Form and manage a

cross-functional team

--finance, tech, sales--to deliver territory-specific expansion plans aligned to Neunucleus' international milestones. Drive

product-market fit

by understanding client operations and designing tailored utility replacement offerings.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years' experience

in: Industrial or infrastructure product sales and roll-out Banking / finance / financial product packaging Working with leasing models, asset-backed financing, or green energy instruments Strong skills in

Excel

,

PowerPoint

, and

financial modelling

Demonstrated ability to lead market rollouts in early-stage/start-up environments Networked with

finance, leasing, energy-tech and institutional investors

Entrepreneurial mindset with proven record of driving from strategy to execution

Nice to Have

Experience in

ESG-compliant projects

, or

utility-as-a-service models

Track record in deploying

AI, IoT, or smart infrastructure

Familiarity with regulatory, banking and energy compliance in Southeast Asia or China
