Job Description
- Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve.
- Defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project.
- Making Site Visits, Preparing BOM, outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver the allotted project.
- Collaborating with Client on developing new business opportunities.
- Making sure the work follows strict health and safety guidelines.
- Developing step-by-step project plans, Project JSA & Method of Statement.
- Leading a multi-disciplinary project team.
- Negotiating with assigned contractors and suppliers.
- Liaising with staff at every level both with client and piers.
- Overseeing and multi-tasking of 2 -3 jobs at a time.
- Ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Preparations of progress reports and final project reports for the client and stakeholders.
- Resolving any issues or delays and coordinate solutions with HOD
- Working Experience: 3-4 years in related field
