Making Site Visits, Preparing BOM, outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver the allotted project.
Collaborating with Client on developing new business opportunities.
Making sure the work follows strict health and safety guidelines.
Developing step-by-step project plans, Project JSA & Method of Statement.
Leading a multi-disciplinary project team.
Negotiating with assigned contractors and suppliers.
Liaising with staff at every level both with client and piers.
Overseeing and multi-tasking of 2 -3 jobs at a time.
Ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Preparations of progress reports and final project reports for the client and stakeholders.
Resolving any issues or delays and coordinate solutions with HOD
Working Experience: 3-4 years in related field
