Job Description

Please attend our company walk-in interview from October 7, 2025, to October 27, 2025, from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, on 3 days only (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and execute projects according to schedule, budget, and quality standards. Review Purchase Requests (PR), manage procurement activities, and ensure cost control. Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure project materials. Resolve technical and supply chain issues with vendors and subcontractors. Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and progress tracking. Coordinate across engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth material and resource flow. Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support troubleshooting of technical issues (e.g., jig design, manufacturing process challenges). Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Lead and mentor Assistant Project Engineers and guide junior team members.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field. 2 years of experience in project engineering, procurement, or related roles. Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and vendor management processes. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
