• Qualification : Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Reading comprehension of technical documents
• Proficient with multiple computer operating systems and software :- excel, power point, autocad read /write and drawing, email and etc engineering software.
• Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce with positive attitude.
• Exemplary analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Having a background in supervisory positions will be an added advantage
• Ability to create 2D/ 3D drawing using Autocad and other relevant software will be beneficial
• Strong project management abilities

• Confidence to thrive under pressure

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Manage and coordinate engineering and technical disciplines involved in ongoing projects
• Manage contractor\'s team to follow safety and site SOP for ongoing project schedule.
• Monitoring compliance to applicable requirement, practices, policies, performance standards,specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and technical drawings
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering activities
• Coordinate activities before and after project progress to updates and genarate closing report to customer.
