Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 5 years' experience in construction industry
• Experience in working at Semi-Conductor industry is preferred.
• Strong team player and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft office.
• Strong engineer sense and common sense
• Able to work in high pressure environment
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Working Day : Monday to Saturday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Responsibilities

• To coordinate project, involve utilities piping installation, steel structure/platform, HVAC and architecture work.
• Process utilities facilitation and hook-up: Familiar with PCW, CDA, City water, Exhaust, RODI, etc.
• To monitor the installation progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
• To report and monitor work progress of the project
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• To prepare method statement, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents
• To coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.
• To negotiate / procure materials, equipment and labour in accordance to the allocated approved budget.
• To hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
• To prepare as built drawing, bill of quantity and handover documents upon work
