Assist the Project Manager and subcontractors with all aspects of the assignment, as well as the project's daily operations, to ensure that the job site progresses.
To control all relevant project documents and data, prepare reports on progress, site activities and all other related matters.
Checking and approving materials and equipment at point of delivery to site.
Ensure installation compliance with drawing specifications.
Quality control according to drawing specifications.
Review, prepare cost plan, value engineering to achieve cost effective design.
Liaise and co-ordinate with project stakeholders (Project Manager, Contractors, QAQC team, Safety coordinator).
