Job Description

Plan, execute, and complete projects. Ensure clients' needs are determined and implemented. Monitor stakeholders; contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, staff. Ensure compliance to local authority requirements. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field. Prepare various reports (progress report, project handover report and etc.) 9) Any other duties that may be assigned. Attend meetings and liaise with clients. Assist in handling progress claims and financial claims. Able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Requirement:-

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering At least 5 years experience in commercial project. Highly motivated, driven by excellence and having an eye for details. A resourceful self-starter who possesses excellent problem solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently yet co-ordinates and teamwork seamlessly with others, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Management experience, preferably with own transport.
