high-rise building construction
projects and will work closely with the project manager, consultants, and site team to ensure timely and quality execution of civil and structural works.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordination, and supervision of all civil and structural works at project sites.
Review structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to resolve design and site issues.
Prepare technical reports, site records, and other necessary documentation.
Assist in quality control, site inspections, and ensuring work complies with standards and authorities' requirements.
Attend site meetings, client meetings, and coordination meetings when required.
Provide support to senior engineers and project managers in delivering project deliverables.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Exposure to
high-rise building projects
will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of civil and structural design, construction methods, and materials.
Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and engineering software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS) is a plus.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be based at project site(s).
