Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to closure. Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against milestones. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. Design and review electrical systems, components, and layouts. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to address project issues and challenges. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical and mechanical engineering fields. Strong technical skills in electrical systems design and analysis. Proficiency in project management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
