Project Engineer (electrical)
Job Description
Experience in electrical engineering is a must
Overseeing all relevant project activities such as coordination of M&E works, attending site meetings and being the focal point between clients, main contractors and internal management.
Identifying technical issues and ensuring all of them are properly addressed.
Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing workload within schedule
Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel
To produce weekly project status reports
Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
Ability to produce shop drawings, method of statement, risk control documentations and all the necessary project documentations
Taking charge of a team of trade contractors.
Fast learner and positive working attitude.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
Knowledge in design and AutoCad are an added advantage
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
Able to coordinate, supervise and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors
Good Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels
Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Possess with own transport and willing to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
