Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To always aware of prevention & cost down by continual improvement. To monitor and ensure project quality plan, work program and assist project manager in monitoring project progress, installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to drawing contract specification and work schedule. To ensure all worker's implements Project Rules & Regulation, Safety Rules & Regulations & Work Instruction. Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor works at site. To prepare documents, forms and sheets for submission required by clients and authorities (if required). To ensure all worker's implements and follow company / Project Safety RR & WI. To handle health & Safety (conduct HIRARC) & Quality Assurance & Nonconformance in the project. To lead the department personal to achieve department Objective. To make sure site supervisor prepare & compile project documentation which include details of BQ claim, summary of BQ claim, as built drawing, HDD profile, site picture etc. Provide guidance to site supervisor in relation to site works, ensure progress according to schedule. Liaise with relevant authority for execution of works. To involve in Quarterly Health & Safety Inspection / Quarterly Health & Safety Meeting, take action to reduce Quality / Health & Safety Issue. To gather information & Data of department & prepare department report for HOD to attend Monthly Management Meeting. Perform all relevant procedures & practices as defined in the quality system are implemented. As department trainer / Internal Auditor. To prepare department Report and to submit to the Superior for present during Monthly Management Meeting. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Electrical Engineering / Utility Services or equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience in Electrical Engineering / Utility Services or relevant fields. Willing to travel & relocate. Self-motivated and a team player. Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure. Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge. Well versed with contract engineering specifications by law/ standard for utility services. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is add advantage
