Interpreting all architectural drawings and required specifications for IT and electronic security packages
Coordinating labor resources, delivery of materials, plant and equipment during implementation works
Coordinating with main contractor and subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Inspection of works during construction and claims documentation
Operating and implementing coordinated work at sites
Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quility, cost and safety
Arranging submission of plans for submission and approvals
Arranging and coordinating inspection of works for certification by consultant and main contractor
Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources
