Drive new product projects from development through to mass production.
Plan, design, and optimize manufacturing processes and production line layouts.
Develop and maintain key process documents, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
Identify and resolve product issues through troubleshooting and failure analysis to ensure quality.
Provide regular updates on project progress and technical deliverables to internal teams and customers.
Lead project builds and oversee resolution of issues until successful project completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
or equivalent.
Minimum
1 year of related working experience
(fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Knowledgeable in
Box Build Assembly
and manufacturing process improvement.
Proficient in Mandarin
(spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Must be
willing to work in Senai, Johor
.
