Responsibilities:

Project Coordination Support

: Assist the Outsourcing Project Manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating activities across multiple Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).

Data Collection & Analysis

: Compile, validate, and analyze project data (e.g., schedules, costs, supplier performance metrics) to support decision-making.

Documentation Management

: Maintain project documentation including contracts, approvals, meeting minutes, and change requests to ensure compliance and traceability.

Reporting

: Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations on project progress, risks, and milestones for management review.

Stakeholder Communication

: Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, finance) and external partners to track deliverables and resolve issues promptly.

Risk & Issue Tracking

: Support monitoring of project risks, delays, and escalations, and follow up on mitigation actions with responsible parties.

Process & Workflow Improvement

: Identify opportunities to streamline project management workflows or automate reporting to improve efficiency.

Meeting Coordination

: Schedule and support project meetings, including agenda preparation, notes, and action item follow-up.

System/Tool Support

: Assist in maintaining and updating project management tools, databases, or trackers used for outsourcing projects.

Compliance Support

: Ensure project activities follow company policies, compliance standards, and any relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Some application and technical knowledge in test and measurement, semiconductor or electronics industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.); SQL or Python is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and project management skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams. Able to work with teams to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
