Job Description
- At least Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture and Building with minimum 3-5 years working experience in managing infrastructure, residential and commercial projects of mixed housing development.
- To co-ordinate with Authorities, Consultants and Sub-contractors.
- A hands on leader with good administrative, organizational, and contractual skills
- Ensure the quality of work is carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, work instructions and etc.
- Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of construction works.
- Daily work planning, coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities according to the schedule and regulations standards.
- Site work supervision and inspection, able to coordinate as a team player to possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- To attend project site meeting to ensure project schedule is adhered to, problem and defects are attended to.
