To coordinate new test run of new mould supplied by customer or in-house tooling.
To establish process that produces the best product quality with minimum cycle time at the same time taking care of machine and mould safety.
To perform evaluation of new or existing mould, new product and machines: anticipate specific problem from machine, process, mould or material.
To perform interior product analysis and investigation.
To perform process improvement and contribute ideas for project further improvement.
To interact with the counterpart on the customer side on any technical and quality issues when required.
To monitor and perform SPC on new product before mass production on progress.
To ensure proper engineering documentation and working manual for all products.
To collaborate with other departments from new project till part approval stage included attending NPEA meeting and Capability Review Meeting.
Requirements:
Process at least Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant experience in a Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing environment.
Excellent in analysis of root causes and use statistical chart.
Strong planning, analytical thinker and problem solving skill.
Good interpersonal skill, ability to work as part of team, to motivate team efforts and to deliver targets within realistic timelines.
Pro- active and able to work independently with minima supervision.
