Project Execution: Supervise and ensure all on-site activities are carried out according to the approved project schedule, plans, and drawings. Quality Assurance: Review and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports and work programs submitted by subcontractors, ensuring timely submission with complete and accurate documentation. Site Monitoring: Oversee field project operations as assigned by management or immediate superior, ensuring smooth and compliant execution. Timeline & Budget Compliance: Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Material Coordination: Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and transporters to ensure timely availability of materials. Liaise with site owners, main contractors, and subcontractors for seamless project operations. Progress Reporting: Provide regular and transparent updates on project progress to your immediate superior, site owner, and/or main contractor. Additional Duties: Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by your superior or the management team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the insulation or construction industry. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Willing to travel and work at different project sites as required. Hands-on experience with site activities such as equipment installation, insulation works, cabling, termination, and testing is an added advantage. Strong technical foundation, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to various project requirements. Comfortable interacting with clients and attending site meetings, workshops, or presentations when required. Excellent communication skills and a strong team player. Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is an added bonus. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks or deadlines on-site.
