Research and develop materials for projects
Prepare process related documents such as work instructions for the management
Design experiments to investigate root causes for material issues
Investigate process and quality problems and devise long term solutions
Communicate with clients on requirements and specification for request for proposals
Conduct status review meetings among project team members, subcontractors and clients
Ensure proper project documentation according to company quality standards
Ensure technical proposals comply with local rules and regulations
Establish, improve, and maintain high SOP standards to reduce/eliminate operation variation

Job Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Solar PV industry.
Be familiar with software tools like Helioscope and PV System is added advantage.
AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, Solar PV Design, Project management, Troubleshooting
Understand technical specifications and construction documents.
Resolve complex engineering issues related to Solar PV.
Language competency in Mandarin and Cantonese is mandatory.
Mandarin and Cantonese language preferred as to need to liaise with counterparts with China.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Willing to travel within the Malaysia or Oversea for work on short notice.
