Job Description

Responsibilities may include as below but not limited to the following:

1. Planning & coordinating construction works on-site with Client/Consultant/Sub-Contractor.
2. Ensuring Sub-Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s works are fully in accordance with Engineer\xe2\x80\x99s drawings and Supplier specifications.
3. Attending all scheduled projects and site meetings, including ad-hoc meetings from time to time and resolve instant site problems and provide clarification to Engineer\xe2\x80\x99s drawings.
4. Liaising with Purchaser for procurement process including RFQ, PR, PO tracking to meet project timeline.
5. Monitoring and controlling project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
6. Developing project schedules in compliance with Client requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly.
7. Ensuring the material to be onsite as per target date.
8. Preparing site progress report as per project requirement.
9. Preparing Method of Statement for the construction work.
10. Preparing RFI and submittal submission to the respective parties and ensure the approval on time.
11. Leading and coordinating Site Supervisors and Sub-Contractors.
12. Acting as QA/QC person in charge to ensure and maintain good quality control in every aspect of the project by involve in Inspection Test Plan development, QA/QC documentation work and site inspection.
13. Planning and organizing for testing and commissioning of the project to meet specification and requirement.
14. Carrying out any other job tasks/assignments as and when requested by Senior Management, Department Head or Direct Superior.

Qualifications & Requirement

1. Applicants must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Min. 1 years working experience in the construction industry.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
5. Working experience in industrial construction projects is an advantage.
6. Able to adapt to a dynamic working environment and work well in a team.
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision & collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.
8. Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
9. Strong communication skills.
10. Ability to start work immediately or with short notice would be an advantage.
