Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Environmental), Engineering (Civil), Engineering, Quantity Surveyor,or equivalence.
• Required skill(s): Database Administration, MS Excel, MS Work.
• Responsible,independent,good teamwork.
• Able to keep clear and accurate records and reports with good computer skills and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in the construction industry for this position
• Those with related working experience in the sewerage treatment plant industry are encouraged to apply.
• This position is base in office- Kepong

Responsibilities

• Able to coordinate with internal & external party to solve technical / operational issues.
• Assist in value management to enhance cost optimization in compliance with the required quality.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned projects.
• Update PD or PM on the progress of works periodically or in management meeting.
• Conduct quantities assessment for Contract BQ,progress claim,site valuation,variation order and final account
• Analyze contractual terms and provides guidance to the team with regard to contractual matters
• Ensure correspondence, calibration record and construction drawings are maintained and retained according to document control procedure.
