Responsibilities:
Project key contact person to liaise among internal department
To ensure project operation & document control procedure are adhered to
To manage and deliver good quality project within time frame
To liaise with Clients, Consultants & Subcontractors on drawings, site works & coordination matters
To plan, implement and monitor work programme or project schedule so that project milestones can be achieved at all times
To coordinate and monitor subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 quality & workmanship in accordance to design and drawing specifications
To monitor and control material wastage at site
To raise PR for machineries and material order
To attend Clients\xe2\x80\x99 progress and coordination meeting
To chair Subcontractor meeting regularly
To comply with site safety requirement and implement safe working methods
To study, highlight and follow up any discrepancies on drawing, specification & BQ
To prepare progress report and daily reporting of site issue & progress
To lead material submission and approval
To lead shop drawings and as-built drawings submission & approval
To be sensitive and responsive on Client\xe2\x80\x99s expectation to uphold company branding & reputation
Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior or Management
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in construction industry
Experience in Green Building Construction is preferable
Knowledge in Microsoft Project will be an advantage
Willing to travel
Great attention to details and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Teamwork is essential
Able to work under stress, fast paced and high safety standard environment
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
Working Hours: 6 Days Week
