JOB SCOPE \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of works programme, construction plans, methodology and sequence of works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise the smooth execution of projects, ensuring its timely completion within project budget in respect of engineering works specified. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee detailed planning of the entire project and plan out the resources needed and chart out an effective activity plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise team members and ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks assigned. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain cordial relationships with project team players including authorities, consultants and contractors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deal effectively with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with construction progress. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide accurate, regular and up-to-date status reports to Project Head for effective decision makings. QUALIFYING CRITERIA \xe2\x80\xa2 An engineering degree is an expectation with at least 10-15 years construction-based experience in managing high-rise and high-valued projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track record in delivering projects within timelines demonstrated in past employment(s) will receive favorable consideration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Project, MS Office and AutoCAD. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills and able to size construction issues and recommend resolutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communications (both verbal and written) skills are primary attributes \xe2\x80\xa2 Good team leader and person of integrity and professionalism. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Registered as Building & Infrastructure Construction, actively involved and assist in development both government and private project.
