Job Description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Keeping the project on schedule, on budget, and within the specifications Liaise with supplier/vendor/contractors/client with acknowledgment of direct superior Liaise with the purchaser for procurement process including RFQ, PR, PO tracking in order to meet project timeline Ensure the material to be onsite as per the target date Prepare a schedule for the flawless execution of assigned projects Site coordination among consultant, client, supplier, vendor, and contractor Maintain after-sales service with the client to support ad hoc site issue Communicate with client/owner/end-user effectively with proper understanding by interpreting their needs and requirement Attend and participate in any site meeting daily/weekly/monthly with client/owner/end-user by delivering up-to-date project progress. Plan, coordinate, and compile engineering design work with client/designer/consultant/contractor Engineering drawing preparation Prepare site progress report as per project requirement Prepare Method of Statement for the construction work Act as QA/QC person in charge to ensure and maintain good quality control in every aspect of the project by being involved in Inspection Test Plan development, QA/QC documentation work, and site inspection Plan and arrange for testing and commissioning of the project to meet specifications and requirements Coordinate with site safety supervisor to ensure the workplace is safe and approved for work QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Minimum 1-year working experience in a similar capacity. Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software. Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English. Preferred mandarin speaking candidates Able to work under pressure and fast pace working environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in Ms Office and Autocad. Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices. Possess own car
