GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping the project on schedule, on budget, and within the specifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with supplier/vendor/contractors/client with acknowledgment of direct superior \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with the purchaser for procurement process including RFQ, PR, PO tracking in order to meet project timeline \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the material to be onsite as per the target date \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare a schedule for the flawless execution of assigned projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Site coordination among consultant, client, supplier, vendor, and contractor \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain after-sales service with the client to support ad hoc site issue \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with client/owner/end-user effectively with proper understanding by interpreting their needs and requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend and participate in any site meeting daily/weekly/monthly with client/owner/end-user by delivering up-to-date project progress. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, coordinate, and compile engineering design work with client/designer/consultant/contractor \xe2\x80\xa2 Engineering drawing preparation \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare site progress report as per project requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare Method of Statement for the construction work \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as QA/QC person in charge to ensure and maintain good quality control in every aspect of the project by being involved in Inspection Test Plan development, QA/QC documentation work, and site inspection \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and arrange for testing and commissioning of the project to meet specifications and requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with site safety supervisor to ensure the workplace is safe and approved for work QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE \xe2\x80\xa2 At least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1-year working experience in a similar capacity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred mandarin speaking candidates \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work under pressure and fast pace working environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in Ms Office and Autocad. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own car
