Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of civil and structural engineering projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure the smooth execution of projects
Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety guidelines
Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and project documentation to support decision-making and communicate project status to stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a learning environment
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, innovations, and best practices in civil and structural engineering
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil or structural engineering projects, preferably in the construction industry
Strong technical skills and proficiency in the use of engineering software, such as CAD, structural analysis, and project management tools
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of managing and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets
Proficient in report writing, contract administration, and regulatory compliance
Registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or equivalent professional body

Pay: RM3,009.71 - RM7,942.81 per month
