Department: Program/ManufacturingReporting: Senior Project Engineer / Program ManagerJob Focus: Program ManagementJob Function: Responsible for product qualification, testing, transfer, process improvement and approval activities.Job Responsibilities:

• Involve from new product development stage, coordinate and manage engineering build/preproduction build.
• To perform product testing / analysis and data collection.
• To structure and manage BOM, tooling matrix and material list. Ensure accurate information is provided to every related department.
• Conduct weekly meeting with process owners to update status and progress of work with proper minutes of meeting/tracker format.
• Study and propose packaging method for new products.
• To perform "Potential Failure Modes and Effects Analysis prior to moulding, 2nd processes and assembly prior mass production.
• To evaluate new tooling from mould maker before mass production at moulders, access capability and capacity vs. quoted cycle time.
• To ensure that all parts are approved and golden sample signed off by customer and issue to Quality Department.
• Provide study; analyze reports and information for additional injection tooling and assembly jigs/fixtures.
• To support rework process in the case of product non-uniformity.
• Upon mass production, to ensure that customer\'s requirements are met and production output meeting orders with optimal cycle time and yield rate.
• Troubleshooting and corrective action for both in-house and sub-cons production line.
• To coordinate ECN, study tool modification, follow up tool modification, part approval, provide cut off and implementation plan.
• To exercise activities such as improvement plan and cost down studies.
• To study and troubleshoot quality issues feedback from customer.
