Job Responsibilities:

To control, coordinate and monitor tender and construction drawings and any design related issues.
To assist in development\xe2\x80\x99s value management to enhance cost optimization in compliance with the required design and quality.
To liaise and coordinate with the client, consultants, main contractors, suppliers and other construction professionals, etc.
Able to assist and work closely with other departments in relation to design, planning and drawing coordination matters.
Any other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by the Senior Management.

Job Requirements:

Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Civil/Structural/Construction).
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience with consultant background.
Candidate must be willing to travel interstate within Malaysia.
Good communication skills in English & Malay language for both spoken and written is a must. Proficiency in mandarin will be a definite added advantage due to regular liaison with foreign partners.
