Job Description

Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical and electrical engineering projects from inception to completion. Collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting issues to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard. Preparing detailed reports, drawings, and documentation to support project deliverables. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. Attend meeting, to work closely with clients, internal projects teams, project consultants, and submission to related with government authorities, Responsible of all drawing's development requirement by the project basic. Maintains, updates, and makes amendments to drawings as based on the analysis and interpretation of drawings changes due to internal changes and instructions. Ensure all drawings are meet project quality and standards with all the authorities' compliances.
Job Requirements: -

Min degrees in Electrical & Mechanical or equivalent Min 5 years' experience as an M&E project engineer, preferable in the commercial construction industry. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong project management and coordination abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results, Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors and team members. Must possess knowledge and experience in various in technical terms such as residential/ high-rise/commercial/ mixed development building/preliminary conceptual/ authority submission/ construction and tender drawing. Able to use BIM technology / software
