Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Project Engineer to lead mechanical design support and project execution activities. This position plays a critical role in reviewing engineering designs, monitoring fabrication progress, ensuring quality compliance, managing technical documentation, and interfacing with global teams.
Lead design reviews for mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Track and monitor equipment fabrication progress, ensuring alignment with project schedules and timelines.
Perform quality audits on fabricated equipment according to defined procedures and manuals.
Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution to maintain quality standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical reports and visual documentation, tracking issues and project updates.
Support mechanical design activities using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, converting design data into accurate and detailed drawings.
Organize and maintain engineering drawings, design files, revision histories, approvals, and other technical documentation for audit and project continuity.
Manage design documentation libraries and implement standardization practices to reduce errors and enhance consistency across projects.
Evaluate third-party deliverables to ensure compliance with intellectual property agreements and safeguard proprietary information.
Serve as the main point of contact for the global project team, ensuring effective communication, status reporting, and confidentiality of sensitive project data.
Stay current with industry developments, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and information management.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for mechanical design and detailing.
Experience with equipment fabrication, quality inspection, and project tracking.
Strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards (SHE, MMR, FLPM, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
