1.2 Escorting project construction to be executed well following company's policies and project's SOP.
1.3 Test & commissioning the project before hand over to client.
2.0 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Establish and update progress report (for sub-contractor & for site).
2.2 Establish work scheduling, monitoring and taking pre-cautionary action to anticipate progress delays.
2.3 Implement and enforce quality control procedures for on-site execution.
2.4 Handle clarification problem at site or workshop for product to be delivered to client.
2.5 Conduct safety briefing and documentation assessment at site.
2.6 Handle Variation Order settlement with client.
2.7 Ensure packing list & monitoring delivery to site.
2.8 Monitor Site Engineers activities and report progress status.
2.9 Carry out any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
3.0 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE GENERALLY REQUIRED
3.1 Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering/ Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
3.2 At least three (3) years working experiences in industrial civil project work/ palm oil mill construction project/ heavy machinery installment and factory structural building.
3.3 Preferably multilingual
3.4 Meticulous and great attention to details.
3.5 Independent and can work with minimum supervision and guidance.
3.6 Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD and Autodesk inventor.
