Project Engineer (Off-Shore and On-Shore)Our client is a leading global telecommunications infrastructure provider company. Currently theyare looking for a passionate professional to join them as the Project Engineer.Job Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering and technical aspects to ensure compliance with customer

requirements and company facilities and equipment for cable laying.

• Oversees planning, design, implementation, and project completion phases

• Prepare engineering analyses for projects.

• Conduct surveys to collect field data.

• Create and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and layouts.

• Develop technical construction specifications.

• Evaluate proposed changes to engineering standards and policies.

• Review development plans to ensure compliance with engineering standards and best

practices.

• Coordinate with stakeholders during operations.

• Manage purchasing requisitions.

• Supervise design, construction, repair, and maintenance of company facilities and equipment

for cable laying.

• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site from project start to finish.

• Prepare project documentation including System Load and Lay Instruction, Daily Reports, and

As-Built Reports.

• Optimize departmental processes.

• Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Job requirements

• Minimum Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in Fiber Optic Cable Offshore Projects.

• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 50% or more within the Asia Pacific region.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
