About the job Project Engineer (Offshore / Upstream Oil and Gas)
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering activities for assigned projects.
• Prepare and review engineering documents, project schedules, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including operations, construction, and procurement to ensure project objectives are met.
• Support project execution from concept to commissioning, including design verification, constructability review, and progress monitoring.
• Assist in risk assessment, HSE compliance, and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and provide continuous feedback to project management.
• Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in any engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years experience in the upstream oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 3 years experience working as a Project Engineer.
• Experience in offshore or onshore oil & gas projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software and engineering tools.
