Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all construction activities to ensure smooth daily operations on-site. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide timely updates, including any potential risks or delays. Ensure all works are executed according to technical specifications, budget constraints, and within the established timeline. Maximize the effective use of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to drive efficiency and productivity. Attend site meetings, contribute to project discussions, and prepare accurate progress reports. Communicate regularly and professionally with clients to ensure expectations are met and satisfaction is maintained. Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain workflow and minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. 2-3 years of relevant experience; exposure to the palm oil or construction industry is a plus. Demonstrated ability in project coordination or management within engineering or construction settings. Strong team player with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent skills in project planning, execution, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; capable of producing clear and structured reports. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage. Adaptable, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
