About the job Project Engineer
Position : Project Engineer / PM

Contract Period : 1 year
Scope of Works:

• Plan, develop, and implement project management activities in accordance with applicable HSSE management systems, technical standards, project management frameworks, project specifications, quality requirements, stakeholder expectations, regulatory obligations, and relevant international codes and standards.
• Monitor and verify compliance with the approved project scope, and analyse performance trends related to scope, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Identify early warning signs through project performance analysis and initiate timely interventions to minimise cost impact, manage risks, and maximise value delivery.
• Monitor project deviations and variation orders, and implement controls to prevent cost exposure arising from scope changes or unapproved variations.
• Review and assess project issues, risks, and constraints, and evaluate proposed mitigation or resolution strategies.
• Support the Project Manager or Project Lead in preparing, reviewing, and securing approval for critical project management documentation and deliverables.

Requirement(s):

• Minimum Degree in Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in oil & gas industry with at least 5 years experience as Project Engineer for Brownfield and Greenfield project.
• Have experience at least involved in one (1) complete cycle of COMPANY Brownfield or Greenfield project.
• Experience in various aspects of offshore/onshore engineering i.e. conceptual design, Front End and detailed design, procurement processes and tendering, construction and commissioning activities
• Registered with CIDB.
• BEM registered
• PMP accreditation (added value, optional)
