What you will do:

Acts as on-site project leader to plan, implement, and complete assigned projects. Delegate tasks to implement and fully complete assigned projects within or improve the allocated gross margin (%GM) by fully optimizing project resources. Coordinates communication with customers and subcontractors during all phases of the project.

How you will do it:

Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers, enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position at all time.

External communication with customers, general contractor, supervision, design institute and other construction units, handle site activities to ensure compliance to quality standards.

Internal communicate and work closely with sales, engineering, procurement and other departments to ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved.

Prepare and compile project documentation such as Project revenue, cost plan, schedule, drawings and reports.

Prepare weekly or monthly reports based on projects requirement.

Participate in the regular meeting of the project, allocate, arrange and complete the relevant work on time according to the meeting requirements;

Resolving of project related issues including technical, commercial issues based on tender/project scope of work.

Manage project and control cost to ensure project is completed on time within budget, contractual and safety standard

Perform system configuration, testing, commissioning and handing over to client.

Hand over to service team upon the successful completion of project.

What we look for:

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent (HVAC)

More than 3 years working experience on project management in HVAC related industries is helpful.

Good interpersonal and communication with both internal and external.

Strong team player and ability to multi-task

Good spoken and written in English

Positive attitude & proactive.

Good team player.

Willing to travel frequently
