Job Description

/ Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee piling and foundation works from tender stage through project completion Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities Prepare method statements, piling proposals, and technical submissions Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC) Manage material procurement, ensuring minimal wastage and timely delivery Perform site supervision and inspect works to ensure compliance with design and standards Resolve technical problems and variations on site Prepare regular reports to management and stakeholders (progress report, site diaries, possible delay analysis) Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on site Assist in tender preparation and estimation as needed
Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 1 years of experience in piling / foundation / deep foundation works Good knowledge of piling types (bored piles, driven piles, micro piles, sheet piling, etc.) Familiar with geotechnical and structural drawings Competent in preparing method statements, work procedures, and technical proposals Strong project management skills: scheduling, cost control, resource allocation Excellent communication and coordination skills Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations Ability to travel and stay at site if needed Proficiency in software tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
