Job Description

Position: Project Engineer Working Hour: Standard Tenure: 1 year contract (Renewable basis) Company Background: Oil and Gas Company Salary: Up to Rm 13K Working Location: Port Dickson Job responsibilities.

• Responsible to plan, develop and coordinate Refinery projects to ensure each project efficiently meets its objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare budget, maintain the cost management and control system, work closely with stakeholders, procurement, engineering and finance teams to perform analytical reviews, cost status and forecast updates.
• Establish schedules, monitor the day-to-day project progress, assess design impacts and construction changes, recommend innovative solutions and steer issues to resolution.
• Ensure active engagement of team members and adherence to recommended best practices such as the critical path method and quality standard.
• Coordinate and oversee contractor selection, contractor evaluation, project performance and project dose out.
• Prepare and present key milestone completions and progress status nap arts to manage Coordinate and execute the projects consistent with tight operating standards regarding security, safety, health and environment protection retirements.
• Ensure each project is secured tamely, completely and safely the Refinery team third party and service providers.
• Provide project support and the to other tears as required

Job Requirement

• Degree in Engineering with outstanding academic achievement
• Minimum 5-10 years\' experience in petroleum refinery or chemical plant
• Solid experience in project management and risk-based integrity management
• Strong communication and critical analysis skills
• Result oriented with broad-based technical expertise.
• Willing to be based at Port Dickson Refinery
