Process Engineer/Senior Engineer
Responsibilities

• Ensure ISO 9001 quality system, ISO 14001 environmental system & ISO 13485 system comply & maintained all the time.
• Review daily production report which affected to the production efficiency & performance.
• Carry out RCA & CAPA for any defects associated, implementation effectiveness monitoring.
• Ensure all secondary related machines are well maintained & related document are recorded properly. ( liase with Maint Dept & suppliers )
• Allign with NP, QA team for new project on production point of view regarding machine, jig and process requirements
• Prepare and review documents such WI, SOP, Procedure and others relevant documents
• Review KPI data of target vs achievement and suggest on necessary actions of improvements, and suport required
• Continuously perform Cycle time study, Line balancing vs output achieved, layout, and continuous improvement at production floor
• Ensure all Audits replies (as Auditor / Auditee) and company 6S in SP dept well mantained and carried out
• Daily meeting with subordinate on production running and outstanding
• Manage manpower requirement & arrangement with PC department with production schedule
• Daily workforce monitoring and action ( attendance, disciplinary, output )
• Identify & request all 4M needed to ensure all resources availability.
• Motivate staff to achieve quality and quantity targets.
• Attend / carried out training as assigned
• Lead of KAIZEN activities of SP dept implementation on monthly basis
• Daily Gemba at designated production area to oversee production difficulties and room for improvement
• Lean representative for SP department when assigned for continuous improvement
• Be part of the Lean automation team and carry out company wide lean automation
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree holder with relevant 1 year experience in manufacturing preferably in Secondary Process & Assembly Line within the plastic injection moulding industry.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485.
• Familiar with secondary process such pad printing, silk screen, laser marking

Project Engineer
Responsibilities

• To lead and coordinate overall new project development including new to modification new and existing tools from beginning until 1st mass production.
• Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling and coordinating the mold trial.
• To act as a contact window person with customer in technical and engineering matters.
• To assist in quotation preparation.
• To prepare the New Part Information and BOM after part approved.
• Responsible follow up the engineering change given by customer and monitor running change of production.
• To handle customer enquiries or complaint of new project or tool modification.
• As the Project Leader of the assigned new project.
• Ensure all new products have customer's approval before production.
• Ensure ISO documentation are follow and in order.
• Assist in project improvement plan and cost saving plan .
• Accountable for the successful process and hand over completion of projects.
• To ensure the company 5s is in order.
• Perform other duties assigned by superior.
• To propose the project schedule and submit to customer.
• To act as a Overall Project Team Leader.
• To act as a Department Head during absent of the Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a Project Leader/Engineer in the plastic injection moulding or medical device industry.
• Preferably with Internal audit training for ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & ISO 13485.
