Location : KL, Penang, Johor Bharu & SabahResponsibilities:

Assist the Project Team/Directors in managing design production as well as carrying out design & technical reviews and monitoring of work implementation;
Carry out design calculations and evaluate the costs and effectiveness of the designs;
Participate in feasibility studies of projects through the preparation and/or review of project concepts, initial project estimates, conducting options studies and value management exercises as well system concept design at planning stage;
Preparation of construction shop drawings as ad when necessary.

Requirements:

Possess a Diploma, Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Technology or Construction Management;
2 years working experience in property development and construction industry;
Experience in construction planning and coordinator with consultants for building project;
Knowledge of Structural Design Codes (British Standards & Uniform Building Code) is essential;
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
