• Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying technical drawings and plans.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong self-discipline and time management skills.
• Familiarity with construction processes, methodologies, and relevant industry standards.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.

• Manage and oversee project engineering activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying potential risks or delays.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and other project documents using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to project teams, offering solutions and guidance as needed.
• Prepare regular project reports, summarizing progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
